robeko GmbH & Co KG is a trading and production company for thin film technology components founded in 2002. The focus is on plasma technologies, preferably magnetron sputtering, for which the entire range of equipment required for coating production is supplied. In particular, planar and cylindrical sputtering sources, plasma current supplies, reactive gas regulators, and sputtering targets. Together with the customers and the in-house design department, customized solutions are developed for their application.

Perfectly matched special mechanical components, coating modules and process control systems are created. In order to be able to offer end customers even better services in production, robeko opened a target bond store in 2008. The innovative Nanobond® technology used there enables better performance data for bonded targets through stress-free bonding and the use of solders with a high melting point.
