Wurczinger Engineering
The core competence of Ingenieurbüro Dieter Wurczinger is vacuum coating technology, especially sputtering technology. More than 30 years of experience on an international level form a sound basis for this. An extensive and competent network is available. We develop optimal solutions for coating and production technology in dialog with our customers. The focus is on the latest technologies from an economic point of view. In addition to free and independent consulting, our coating laboratory is available for developments, tests and pilot series. In the tube cathode test rig with 2 tube cathodes (1.5 m), process, material and layer investigations can be carried out. Likewise, different power supplies, such as DC, MF and pulsers, can be tested and optimized.
Worth knowing
Substrates up to 400 x 600 mm can be coated on our sputtering system with 4 cathodes. The layers are deposited by DC, unipolar and medium frequency sputtering. HIPIMS processes are also available. In addition, further test facilities and the corresponding measuring equipment are available.
In the current development projects we are working on:
- new coating systems and the coating of plastics
- new tube cathodes and coating sources with improved energy efficiency
- new power supplies such as pulse systems and HIPIMS
