Nadir Plasma & Polymers is an innovative SME founded in 2008 by a group of researchers with over 15 years of experience in the field of nanotechnology, working as scientific advisors in technology transfer between academia and industry.
Since 2016, Nadir has focused on the development and application of an innovative and proprietary atmospheric plasma technology and on the development of advanced polymer composites. Since 2020, Nadir has been recognized as a “Key Innovator” by the European Innovation Radar initiative(https://www.innoradar.eu/innovator/972500079).

After applying for an international patent on the new atmospheric plasma system, the company received matching grants in countries such as the United States, China, Japan, Australia, Canada and Europe.

Nadir plasma devices are now used in various applications ranging from smart manufacturing, biomedicine, aerospace, 3D printing, cultural heritage to academic research for different purposes such as surface cleaning, sterilization and decontamination, activation, application of functional coatings and improvement of adhesion between different materials.
