Plasma surface technique is an innovation booster for electronic components. Data storages and displays are based on a variety of magnetic or optical coatings. In electronics thin coatings are fielded e.g. with fine-structured optical and electrical conductive strips or defined isolation systems (high-ohm- and isolation coatings as EMV and ESD protection). Further applications are circuit carriers for 3D-MID-applications, light barrier systems, bus systems or micro switches.
